York Developments has developed over 1,900,000 square feet of retail space. Tenants have included Lowe's, Wal-Mart, T.J. Maxx, and Walgreen's. Retail centers are located in Mississippi and Florida.

Construction has recently been completed on Turtle Creek Crossing - a 400,000 square-foot power center on land adjacent to Turtle Creek Mall in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The York family joined forces with Seitz Development Group and Kimco Realty Corporation in this development. Tenants include Target, Old Navy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Ross's PetSmart, Books-A-Million, Kirkland's Home and many other national retailers.
