York Developments has constructed, owns and operates over one million square feet of self storage in the states of Mississippi, Florida, California and Hawaii. Most of the existing storage portfolio is branded "Outback Storage." Another million square feet of storage is currently under construction or in development. The majority of the new projects will be branded "SpaceBox Storage," the three facilities in Hawaii, which are branded " Aloha Isand Self Storage."
