The new SpaceBox Storage brand is in the process of being trademarked with the United States Trademark and Patent Office. All new SpaceBox Storage projects will have uniform architecture and design, consistent building materials and an expanded retail position.

The SpaceBox Expansion Strategy is to develop "ground up" facilities in high-growth markets; convert existing industrial buildings in highly-populated metropolitan areas; acquire and expand undersized, under-performing, well-located properties.
