Chamberlan Carothers, ARM, RAM, CLP, is the District Property Manager for multifamily developments in South Mississippi for five years. The current management portfolio includes 760 units located between 14 complexes. Chamberlan is the 2008 State Vice President for the MS multifamily council, sits on the MS Home Builders Board of Directors Executive Committee, and is an Ambassador for the Area Development Partnership.
