Current projects include the development and construction of a new 65,319 square-foot office building in Hattiesburg, MS leased to Forrest General Hospital. York is a Misssissippi licensed general contractor, an he owns York Construction, LLC.

John T. York
John T. York began working in the family business upon receipt of his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of
Mississippi in August 1994. John's immediate focus was on the expansion of a chain of modern self-storage facilities including
the development and construction of two state-of-the-art self-storage facilities in California. The York Developments' storage division now boasts over 1,000,000 square-feet of operating facilities and 1,000,000 square feet either under construction or in development.
